All Thoma technicians have completed a rigorous five-year, state-certified apprenticeship training program consisting of approximately 1,200 hours of classroom instruction, and have fulfilled a minimum of 8,000 hours of on-the-job training before becoming a journeyman electrician. All journeymen receive continuing education classes in a multitude of subjects to remain educated about our ever-changing technologies in the building industry. Our electricians are constantly training and are ready to meet your needs. Many of our technicians have in excess of 20 years of building industry experience.
