The three-story laboratory and classroom building consists of approximately 60,000 square feet with sophisticated lighting and lighting control systems throughout. Rooms feature audio visual system components and an extensive Category 6 cabeling system with cable tray throughout for flexibility. Thoma Electric also worked on power distribution and a major rerouting of existing 12 KV feeders within the site prior to beginning work at the project site.
